Is it possible for us to tour the studio before making a booking?
Yes, you can visit the studio beforehand. Please call us at 786 860 8229 and we will inform you of the best time to come.
What does the rental package include?
When you rent the studio, you have access to the entire space, including props, backgrounds, and backdrops. For photographers, we provide 5 lights: two Godox AD600 Pro 600 Ws 2.4G Wireless and 3 Godox AD200 Pro Strob Flash. We also have triggers available for Sony, Nikon, and Canon, but you are welcome to use your own.
Do you assist with setting up the sets?
When you arrive, we’re happy to help you set up if needed. However, you’re also welcome to rearrange the items in the studio to create your own sets.
What is the maximum number of people permitted in the studio?
We don’t have a limit on the number of people, and there’s no additional charge for large groups. Depending on the equipment being used, the studio can comfortably accommodate 15-20 people.

Sets / Concepts
Clients are encouraged to contact the photographer before their session to discuss photoshoot ideas and sets. Please note that set construction takes place at the beginning of your session and is included in your booked time. For more detailed and time-consuming setups, consider booking additional time to ensure everything is prepared to your satisfaction.
Late Fees / Additional Time
Your appointment time will not be extended if you arrive late. However, if available, you can purchase additional time at $50 for every extra 30 minutes. Please note that extending your session will not increase the number of retouched photos.
Deposits / Re-Scheduling
A non-refundable deposit of at least 30% is required to book your appointment. This deposit is part of the total amount. Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your shoot, and clients are allowed to reschedule only once. After the first rescheduling, if you need to reschedule again, a fee equal to the original deposit will be added to your final balance. If this fee is not received, your future appointment will be canceled. A no-show will result in automatic cancellation.
Your balance is due on the day of your session, but you may also pay it before the session if you prefer.
Retouching / Rush Editing
Photos from your session will be sent to you within 3 days. Retouching may take up to 7 days from the date we receive your selections.
If you need the photos sooner, a rush editing fee of $15 per photo will apply. Please note that rush edits can take up to 2 days.
